Yellow Hello!

Just came home from golfing in the snow. Yeah I know I´m nuts. It was extremly refreshing I must say.

Jonathan is coming here in about a week and wow I can´t wait to see him. This time he´ll get to see some snow and cold weather.... you know the real Iceland.

Been partying some more... last Saturday partied with my friends from elementary school from about 3 o´clock in the afternoon til 7.30 the next morning. This is what we call having fun here in Iceland. You should all come here and experience it.

Other news I´m going for a second interview tomorrow morning for a job in Parliment. I really hope I get this job cause it would be great on my resume and building up some contacts for later on.

Been busy here in the cold....

Partyed my ass off this weekend god it was sooo fun. I went to bed around 8 o clock Sunday morning.

Hey remember the email I sent about Mcdonald´s ketchup??? Well I got an email from their corporation here in ICeland today and guess what it was sooo intensly rude.

Here is a translation:
Hello,
If people have nothing better to do than discuss the ketchup at McDonalds and the pricing of the company, then we don´t care.
We stand on the same ground as our competitors here in Iceland as far as pricing is concerned.

Ok if this is how people treat their customers then there is something seriously wrong with how the company is run. As you know the whole thing wasn´t about just ketchup and their pricing but also about the way the employees reacted when we were surprised and the way they disrespected us and various parts of the world.

Yo yo yo yo

Ok the snow is nearly gone here in Reykjavík but you can see big blocks of ice all over the place. Maybe I should go out with the camera to show you the drastic change that happens over night.

But I added some pics to the album here on the side.... some from my apartment in Boca other from the night before I left.... imagine I was sooo hungover the dayafter I thought I wasn´t going to be able to fly back home.

This weekend I´m going to go visit my family in the Westfjords, I will take the camera along just so you guys can see some of the most magnificent surroundings in the world.

Well I´m back in Iceland!!

thanks everyone that showed up at Murphey´s and later Jon´s place. I had a great time but OMG I was soooo hungover I thought I wouldn´t be able to get on the plane. Now I´m just afraid of developing the pics, but when I do I´ll put em online for all to see.

I´ve been catching up with everyone here. Managed to get drunk last night and play therapist for a drunk guy in his 70´s or 80´s. Very funny!

I´ve been applying for jobs but no answers yet. Well I´m not worried I know I´ll get a good job just a matter of marketing myself and being patient.

The flight home was one of the best flights ever!! I got three seats to myself fell asleep soon after take-off and woke up in Iceland. But the weather here sucks ass. The rescueteams have been on call almost constantly since I landed on the island. There is soooo much snow and even worse its extremly windy. I´ll take some pics to show you... just gotta figure out how to use my mom´s digi cam.

Its awesome having this huge kitchen again (and affording to use nice food and materials, m&d pay for food of course) cooked some Osso Bucco tonight. Made a chicken casserole the other night. AND I have been reunited with my expresso machine. Latté anyone?

But it is kinda weird not having Jonathan but we speak on the phone everyday and catch each other online a bunch, so its not too bad. I miss all you guys and remember there is always an open invitation to stay at my house here in Iceland. And everyone please keep in touch.

P.s. I will be writing a lot more here do not worry you can´t get rid of me so easily!!!

Hey all!

Long time since I´ve written!

Well I´m going back to Iceland for a semester. Decided to take some time off!

Going to spend christmas with my family and Jonathan at Myrtle Beach. We leave in a week. I think it´ll be fun. Then off to Iceland jan 11th.

Note to self: no more sword fighting with Jonathan.
